“At POEtrade, we empower readers with the knowledge and strategies to succeed in trading, business, and beyond.” — POEtrade Editorial Mission
Who We’re Looking For
We are selective because our readers expect high standards. The ideal POEtrade contributor is someone who:
- Has hands-on, professional experience in their subject area — not just research
- Can write with clarity, authority, and depth — not surface-level summaries
- Understands how to make complex business topics accessible to non-expert readers
- Has their own professional credentials, business, or portfolio to back their expertise
We welcome contributions from:
- Business founders, operators, and consultants
- Digital marketers and growth strategists
- Certified financial analysts and investment professionals
- Real estate investors, agents, and property strategists
- Marketing directors and brand strategists
- Startup founders and entrepreneurship coaches
- MBA graduates and certified business professionals
Topics We Accept
We publish in-depth, actionable content across the following core pillars. Please read the guidelines for each category carefully before pitching.
Write For Us — Business

Our Business category is POEtrade’s most active section, covering practical, expert-driven content for founders, operators, and business professionals. If you want to write for us on business topics, here’s what we’re looking for:
- Business strategy, growth frameworks, and operational efficiency
- Startup models, bootstrapping, and scaling without investors (see our guide: StartupBooted: The Complete 2026 Guide to Launching, Funding & Scaling Without Investors)
- Financial modeling, revenue planning, and business forecasting (related: Startup Booted Financial Modeling: Revenue-First Guide for Founders)
- Business consulting, advisory strategy, and organizational transformation (related: PedroVazPaulo Business Consultant: How Strategic Advisory Transforms Business Performance)
- Fundraising strategy, investor relations, and alternative funding (related: Startup Booted Fundraising Strategy: Founder’s Guide to Growing Without Investors)
- Leadership, team management, and company culture
- Case studies: real business turnarounds, growth stories, lessons from failure
What we do NOT accept in this category: Generic “10 tips for small business” content, copy-paste listicles with no original analysis, or beginner-level explainers that add nothing new to the conversation.
Write For Us — Business Marketing

Looking to write for us on business marketing topics? Our Marketing category publishes content for professionals who want strategies that actually produce results — not recycled tips that fill word counts. Topics we actively seek:
- Digital marketing for small and medium businesses (related: Digital Marketing for Small Businesses by Garage2Global)
- SEO, content marketing, and organic growth
- Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) — with real performance data
- Social media strategy, brand building, and community engagement
- Email marketing, CRM strategy, and customer retention
- Conversion rate optimization and growth hacking
- Affordable and budget-smart marketing tactics for lean businesses (related: Affordable Digital Marketing with Garage2Global: Boost Your Business)
- B2B marketing, sales funnels, and lead generation
What we do NOT accept: Generic social media tips, recycled influencer marketing advice, or sponsored brand puff pieces.
Write For Us — Real Estate Blog

POEtrade’s real estate blog is actively expanding — making this the single best category to submit a guest post to right now. Because our Real Estate section is newer, a well-written, well-researched article has a significantly higher chance of ranking on Google quickly compared to more saturated niches. If you’re looking to write for a real estate blog with a growing audience, here’s what we publish:
- Real estate investing for beginners and intermediate investors
- Property analysis frameworks, deal evaluation, and ROI strategies (related: PedroVazPaulo Real Estate Investment: A Complete Strategic Framework for Building Long-Term Property Wealth)
- Residential and commercial real estate market trends
- Rental property management, cash flow, and landlord strategies
- Real estate financing, mortgage strategies, and alternative funding
- House flipping, BRRRR method, and value-add investing
- Real estate technology (PropTech), platforms, and tools
- International and emerging market real estate opportunities
What we do NOT accept: Hyperlocal content for a single city without broader applicability, or promotional listings for specific properties.
Trading & Investment
While our How to Trade and Cryptocurrency categories have strong existing content, we still welcome expert-level submissions on:
- Investment strategy, portfolio construction, and risk management
- Stock market analysis with data-backed insights (related: FVANF Stock: Guide to First Vanadium Corp — Price, Analysis & Investment Outlook)
- Cryptocurrency investment strategy and digital asset management (related: PedroVazPaulo Crypto Investment: The Definitive Guide to Strategic Digital Asset Growth)
- Options trading, funded accounts, and advanced trading techniques (related: Can You Trade Options on a Funded Account? A Complete Guide)
Content Standards & Editorial Guidelines
We hold every submission to the same standards our in-house team maintains. Before you write, understand these non-negotiables.
✅ What We Require
Length: A minimum of 1,800 words. Our best-performing articles range from 2,500 to 5,000 words. Depth wins on Google — and with our readers. Do not pad with filler; add value or cut it.
Originality: Your article must be 100% original and not published — in full or in part — anywhere else online. We use Copyscape and Grammarly to verify. We do not accept AI-generated content submitted without substantial human expertise, editing, and original insight layered in.
Structure: Use clear H2 and H3 headings. Break content into scannable sections. Use real examples, case studies, or data wherever possible. Introductions should hook immediately — no slow warmups.
Data & Citations: Back every significant claim with a source. We accept citations from authoritative external sources including:
- U.S. Small Business Administration (sba.gov) for business statistics
- National Association of Realtors (nar.realtor) for real estate data
- HubSpot Research (hubspot.com/research) for marketing statistics
- Investopedia (investopedia.com) for financial definitions and context
- Peer-reviewed journals, government data, or verified industry reports
Accuracy: Every factual statement must be verifiable. We reserve the right to fact-check and request revisions before publication.
Voice: Write like a knowledgeable professional talking to a smart peer — not a professor lecturing students, and not a salesperson pitching a product. Conversational authority is the sweet spot.
❌ What We Do Not Accept
- Thin, generic content written primarily to get a backlink
- Content that has been published or syndicated elsewhere
- Overt self-promotion or advertorial content disguised as editorial
- Affiliate-link-stuffed articles
- Content with unverified statistics or fabricated case studies
- Articles that contradict or undermine financial, legal, or consumer safety
- Topics outside our core categories (no lifestyle, food, travel, or entertainment pitches)
Link Policy
We know backlinks matter to you — and we’re fair about it.
Author bio link: Every accepted contributor receives one do-follow link in their author bio to their website, LinkedIn, or professional portfolio.
Contextual links: You may include one contextual link to your own content within the article body, provided it is genuinely relevant and adds value for the reader — not just SEO benefit for you. Over-optimized anchor text (e.g., “best digital marketing agency in New York”) will be edited or removed.
Internal links: Our editorial team will add relevant internal links to existing POEtrade articles during review. These strengthen the piece’s SEO and keep readers on-site longer — which benefits your author page too.
External links: All external links must point to authoritative, non-competing sources. No affiliate links, no paid placement links, no links to low-quality domains.
Submission Process

We’ve kept this simple — because we value your time and ours.
Step 1: Pitch first (strongly recommended) Email your topic idea to hello.poetrade@gmail.com with the subject line: Guest Post Pitch – [Your Topic] – [Your Name]
Include: your proposed title, a 3–5 sentence summary of the angle, why it’s different from what already exists, and a brief note on your credentials.
We respond to all pitches within 2–3 business days.
Step 2: Write your article Once your pitch is approved, write your full article following these guidelines. Submit in Google Docs or as a .docx file. Include:
- Your proposed meta title and meta description
- Your author bio (2–4 sentences, third person, with your credentials)
- Your author photo (minimum 400×400px, professional headshot)
- Any images you want included (royalty-free, with suggested alt text)
Step 3: Editorial review Our editorial team reviews every submission for quality, accuracy, originality, and alignment with POEtrade’s standards. We may return articles with revision requests — this is normal and makes the final piece better.
Step 4: Publication Accepted articles are published with full author credit, your bio, and your backlink. We’ll notify you by email when your piece goes live, and we’ll share it across POEtrade’s social channels including Facebook, Pinterest, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Image Guidelines
Every article needs a featured image and at least 1–2 supporting images.
- Images must be royalty-free (sources: Unsplash, Pexels, or your own original photography)
- Minimum featured image size: 1200×800px, horizontal (landscape) format
- Provide suggested alt text for every image you submit
- We do not accept watermarked, stock-agency-watermarked, or copyrighted images
Alt text guidance: Be descriptive and specific. Instead of “business image”, write “entrepreneur reviewing financial growth charts on laptop at modern office desk”. This improves accessibility and image SEO simultaneously.
Editorial Standards: E-E-A-T Compliance
Google evaluates content based on Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T). We take this seriously because it directly affects how our articles — and yours — rank.
To support E-E-A-T compliance, all published authors on POEtrade:
- Have a verified author bio with real credentials (like our contributors Debbie Beidelman, MBA, PMP, SCM and Julia Bruce, PCEA)
- Are linked to a professional profile (LinkedIn preferred) that confirms their identity and expertise
- Write from personal professional experience — not just researched opinion
- Are held to accuracy standards and may be asked to provide source verification
Submitting a guest post to POEtrade means your name and credentials are published alongside your work. We do not accept anonymous submissions.

A Note on Quality from the POEtrade Editorial Team
POEtrade’s existing content library spans business strategy, financial modeling, crypto investment, startup methodology, and digital marketing — written and reviewed by credentialed professionals. Our readers have come to expect a level of depth and accuracy that goes beyond what most content farms produce.
When Debbie Beidelman, MBA, PMP, SCM writes about business consulting or financial strategy, she brings enterprise-level experience from her role at Presidio. When Julia Bruce, PCEA covers marketing analytics or business finance, she brings cost modeling and data analysis expertise from HunaTek.
That’s the bar. If you’re ready to see it, we’d love to hear from you.
